Host and PINC Candidate Nicolle Zapien, Ph.D. in conversation with Kara Bunting, Ph.D., PINC Candidate

Dr. Kara Bunting and Dr. Nicolle Zapien will discuss the role of consumer technology as an influential, and often unconscious, element of our social context. Nicolle Zapien is the founder of the podcast, "Technology and the Mind," and she will discuss the influence of psychoanalytic training at PINC, including the Group Process, Community Psychoanalysis Track, and Psyche and Society curriculum in shaping her thinking in developing the podcast. Nicolle and Kara will consider the potential benefits of psychoanalytic thinking in creatively influencing our culture and building a healthier relationship with technology.

Please join PINC faculty, administrators, graduates, and candidates to hear how we are thinking about psychoanalysis in the context of our program, while also having the opportunity to ask your questions about training and the Admissions process. We anticipate an informative and lively discussion. Please feel free to invite other friends or colleagues you believe would be interested.
