Imaginatively combining ideas from popular film, narrative theory, aesthetics, and virtual reality, Giuseppe Civitarese presents his highly creative view of the Post-Bionian analytic field - a view that weds a social and intersubjective view of mind with a radical reading of the dreamlike quality of the analytic session.

Rachael Peltz will then join Dr. Civitarese in conversation to help us understand and elaborate his rich ideas. Hugh Grubb will present clinical material, followed by an open discussion between the presenters and audience. Tom Ogden describes Civitarese as "one of the most original analytic thinkers writing today" and calls this visit "an opportunity not to be lost."
