Jack Foehl is President of Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute, where he is Training and Supervising Analyst and is Supervisor and Faculty Member at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis. He is Clinical Associate Professor at the NYU Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis and Instructor at Harvard Medical School. Jack is Joint Editor-in-Chief of Psychoanalytic Dialogues, a past editorial board member of the International Journal of Psychoanalysis, and board member of the Boston Group for Psychoanalytic Studies. He is author of numerous articles on the theory, description and work of psychoanalytic process, emphasizing lived experience in the clinical setting. Jack is in private practice in Cambridge, MA.
